Since 2021, the Buddies app had been an integral part of those efforts. Having listened to feedback from Buddies members like you, we’re sharing news about a new program that will bring even more rewards to you and your family.
Effective March 9, 2024, we’ve phased out Buddies in favor of Good Rewards, powered by Fetch, the #1 rewards app. Click here to learn more about Fetch.
What does this mean?
- You can no longer download or use the Buddies app.
- You can no longer earn or redeem points on the Buddies app.

After listening to feedback from Buddies members, we discovered better ways to help Pet Parents access valuable information and earn points on eligible Blue Buffalo purchases.
Scan the Buddies QR code to earn a one-time bonus in Fetch. After that, continue earning points on every Blue Buffalo purchase when you snap your Blue Buffalo receipts on Fetch.

Good Rewards, powered by Fetch, is a loyalty program that helps you earn points on Blue Buffalo purchases. Here’s how it works:
- Download the Fetch app and create an account. Then, enroll in Good Rewards.
- Snap a picture of your receipt in the Fetch app to earn points.
- Redeem your points for rewards to earn gift cards, make charitable donations, enter sweepstakes, and more. For additional details, please click here.
Going forward, you will only be able to manage pet profiles on BlueBuffalo.com. This improved experience is coming soon to our website.
